Marketing Intern – Summer + Academic Year (Video & UI/UX Focus)

- Summer: 20–40 hours per week

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, tech‑savvy Marketing Intern who loves storytelling, visual design, and hands‑on project work. This role blends video production, interview capture, and UI/UX web design to support our marketing, branding, and product communication initiatives.
You’ll collaborate with our marketing and product teams to create compelling content, improve user experiences, and help shape how our brand shows up across digital channels.
This internship is ideal for a student who wants real‑world experience, ownership of meaningful projects, and a portfolio that stands out.
Key Responsibilities
🎥 Video & Interview Production
- Record and edit video interviews with customers, partners, and internal team members
- Set up lighting, audio, and recording equipment
- Capture B‑roll footage for marketing campaigns
- Assist in developing storyboards and interview question sets
- Prepare short‑form and long‑form video content for web and social platforms
🎨 UI/UX & Web Design
- Support design updates for website pages, landing pages, and digital assets
- Assist with wireframes, user flows, and layout improvements
- Conduct basic usability reviews and recommend enhancements
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement updates
- Maintain brand consistency across digital experiences
📈 Marketing Support
- Assist with campaign planning and content creation
- Help manage digital assets and organize media libraries
- Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas
- Conduct light research on competitors, trends, and audience behavior
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, UI/UX, or related degree
- Experience with video recording and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Comfortable interacting with interview subjects and representing the brand professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience conducting or assisting with on‑camera interviews
- Portfolio showcasing video work or UI/UX projects
- Knowledge of web content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
- Interest in brand development and digital marketing strategy
