Program Design, Evaluation & Implementation Intern

(Strategy + Impact + Operations Role)

Purpose:
To support program structure, implementation, and evaluation to ensure measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing program structure and participant experience 
• Develop evaluation tools (surveys, tracking systems, outcome metrics) 
• Support data collection and analysis on program impact 
• Help design participant workflows (how they move through the program) 
• Ensure alignment with funder outcomes (financial confidence, capital readiness) 

Preferred Background:

• Graduate student in Public Policy, Business, Social Impact, or related field 
• Experience with program evaluation or research 
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
