Startup Fellowship – Technology, Business & Marketing
We are developing a multi-platform enterprise spanning software, education, digital infrastructure, robotics, gaming, and media. Core systems are substantially built and the organization is entering early-stage market execution.
We are forming a small, high-performance team to support operations, growth, and execution during this stage.
This is a performance-based fellowship, designed for individuals seeking direct involvement in building and scaling a company. It is not structured as traditional employment.
ROLE STRUCTURE:
Participants will contribute in one of the following areas:
Technical & Engineering
- Platform coordination and system integration
- Infrastructure oversight
- Collaboration with distributed development teams
Growth & Marketing
- Market entry execution
- Campaign development and audience growth
- Strategic partnerships
Operations & Business
- Process development and operational coordination
- Strategic execution support
- Cross-functional alignment
COMMITMENT:
- Approximately 5–10 hours per week

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
This role is structured as a performance-based opportunity.
During the initial phase, participants contribute on a part-time basis while engaging directly in active business operations.
As the organization continues market execution and revenue expands, top contributors may be considered for:
- Revenue participation tied to measurable contributions
- Expanded leadership responsibilities
- Long-term involvement in company growth initiatives
This structure is designed for individuals who are motivated by building, contributing, and growing with an organization rather than seeking immediate traditional compensation.

Preferred backgrounds include Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Finance, or related fields.
