Marketing & Events Coordinator

Trinamix is looking for an energetic and organized Marketing & Events Coordinator to join their growing team. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of marketing and events. You will be creating compelling content, supporting campaigns, and representing our brand at industry events. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral including one-pagers, slide decks, case studies, brochures, and other documentation
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and other channels
- Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for company events, trade shows, and conferences
- Serve as a company representative at events — engaging with prospects, partners, and customers in a professional manner
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure events run smoothly
- Track and report on event and marketing performance metrics
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- A smart, energetic self-starter who brings enthusiasm and fresh ideas to everything they do
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A quick learner who can adapt to new tools, processes, and priorities with ease
- Comfortable with travel approximately once per month for events
- A self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment
- Experience in marketing, communications, events, or a related field is a plus
- Experience with marketing tools is a plus
Compensation
The starting salary range for this role is $21.63 – $24.04 USD per hour, depending on experience. We offer a full benefits package including healthcare and a 401(k) plan.
