Sales Administrator
Job Title: Sales Administrator (Order Management & Inventory focus)
Location: Princeton Junction New Jersey – On-site Salary Range: $55,000 – $72,000 (Dependent on experience)

We are seeking a Sales Administrator who loves high fiving the Sales team after a big win and then immediately diving into the data to make sure that win turns into a perfect delivery for the customer.
In this role, you are the backbone of our sales process. You aren’t just entering data; you are managing the customer experience from the moment an order is signed until the invoice is paid.
What You’ll Do:
- The Hub: Handle all Sales Order Entry with high precision.
- The Strategist: Manage inventory availability—knowing exactly what we have and when it’s going out.
- The Communicator: Keep customers in the loop with shipping confirmations and proactive updates.
- The Evaluator: Manage our "Returned Equipment" process. You’ll track returns and use your technical eye to assess if equipment can be refurbished and put back into stock.
- The Closer: Ensure invoicing is seamless and professional.
