In this role, you’ll go beyond the clinic—delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services directly where clients live and learn, making progress more meaningful, functional, and lasting.

 

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA, you will provide clinical leadership and deliver evidence-based ABA services while supporting both clients and your team:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral and functional assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland)
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data
  • Provide services across home, school, and community settings, promoting generalization of skills
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring high-quality implementation of treatment plans
  • Train and collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed
  • Maintain a billable caseload while ensuring compliance with funding sources and regulatory standards
  • Complete timely documentation, reports, and treatment updates
  • Coordinate care and communicate regularly with internal leadership and interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities

 

This role blends clinical expertise with leadership, allowing you to directly impact client outcomes while developing your team. 

 

Service Delivery Model

  • In-home ABA therapy in natural family environments
  • School-based support collaborating with educators and IEP teams
  • Community-based interventions to build real-world skills
  • Travel throughout Goodyear, Peoria, and surrounding West Valley communities

 

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Arizona LBA (required)
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (ages 2–18 preferred)
  • Experience in home and/or school-based ABA services
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • Ability to pass background check
