Part‑Time Social Media & Enrollment Growth Assistant
Just Keep Dancing Academy is a community‑based dance school serving children and adults across Central Massachusetts. We are seeking a creative, reliable part‑time assistant to help manage social media content and support student recruitment, allowing our artistic team to focus more fully on teaching and programming.
This role is ideal for a college student interested in dance, arts, marketing, communications, or community engagement.

Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and post content on Instagram and Facebook using official business tools
- Help respond to comments and messages
- Share class and event information in relevant online communities
- Support outreach that helps drive enrollment and visibility
- Work with provided content ideas, visuals, and guidance
Time Commitment
- Approximately 5–10 hours per week
- Flexible schedule, primarily remote

Who We’re Looking For
- Current college student preferred
- Organized, communicative, and dependable
- Comfortable using Instagram and Facebook
- Interest in dance or community arts is a plus (no advanced marketing background required)
- Location: Massachusetts Preferred and Virtual-friendly
