Position Title: Strategic Implementation Intern
Location: Birmingham, AL
Start Date: Summer 2026
Position Overview
The Strategic Implementation Intern will support the Strategic Implementation team with the planning, coordination, and execution of key enterprise initiatives, while assisting with data management and reporting across projects. This role provides hands‑on exposure to strategic project work within Corporate Strategy & Administration, supporting initiatives from early concept through execution before they transition to operational business units.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and coordinators with planning, tracking, and execution of strategic initiatives
- Support data collection, organization, analysis, and reporting for ongoing projects
- Prepare project documentation, presentations, and status updates
- Conduct research and analysis to support business cases and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support initiative milestones and deliverables
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve project outcomes and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Must currently live in the Birmingham area or be willing to relocate
