Sales Development Representative

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to support our sales team by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. The SDR plays a key role in driving pipeline growth and building strong relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new leads through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales opportunities
  • Schedule meetings for Business Executives
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation initiatives
  • Support event preparation and follow-up activities
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach and stay organized
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
  • Comfortable using AI tools and automation to improve efficiency

Mandatory to Have:

  • Experience in telecom or technology industry

Success Metrics (KPIs):

  • Number of qualified meetings booked
  • Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate
  • Pipeline contribution
  • Activity volume (calls, emails, outreach)
