Role: CRM Developer
Experience: 3–10 Years
Location: USA (Remote)
Overview:
We are looking for a CRM Developer to design, customize, and maintain Customer Relationship Management systems to support business processes, sales operations, and customer engagement.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize CRM solutions (Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar)
- Design workflows, business rules, and automation processes
- Integrate CRM systems with third-party applications and APIs
- Manage data migration, data quality, and system enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Ensure system performance, security, and scalability
Technical Skills:
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Proficiency in customization using Apex, .NET, JavaScript, or similar
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Familiarity with data modeling and reporting tools
- Version control tools like Git
Nice to Have:
- CRM certifications (Salesforce, Dynamics)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of Power Platform or Lightning Components
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
