We are seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Marketing Coordinator (Chinese/English) to support our growing business across North America and global markets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships, ideal for someone who is both creative and commercially driven.
You will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and supporting partnership initiatives to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, and content)
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to support brand awareness and lead generation
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok)
- Create bilingual (Chinese/English) content tailored to target audiences
- Monitor engagement, trends, and optimize content strategy
Business Development Support
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market expansion strategies
- Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and target segments
- Support outreach efforts and client relationship management
Partnerships & Collaboration
- Help develop and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and KOLs
- Coordinate partnership campaigns and co-marketing initiatives
- Track partnership performance and ROI
Content & Branding
- Support content creation including presentations, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English (required)
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or business development
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international or Chinese-speaking markets
- Familiarity with influencer/KOL marketing
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or social media analytics platforms
