No experience? No problem. We provide structured training, daily mentorship, and a proven system designed to help new reps succeed quickly.

What You’ll Do

  • Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners about solar and/or roofing
  • Generate interest and schedule appointments with qualified homeowners
  • Educate customers on savings, incentives, and system options
  • Work with experienced closers and team leaders to help finalize deals
  • Build strong communication skills and grow your sales career

This is a performance-based role built for people who want control of their income.

Compensation

  • $1,500–$3,000+ per completed project
  • Uncapped earnings structure
  • Most reps earn $90,000–$135,000+ annually
  • Monthly bonuses and performance incentives
