Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, motivated Marketing & Communications Intern to support a variety of marketing and communication initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, digital communication, social media support, and storytelling. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to bring fresh, innovative ideas to our marketing and communication efforts. Working alongside the Marketing & Communications team, this intern will help enhance brand visibility, support internal communication tools, and contribute to engaging employee and client-facing content.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist with content creation for digital platforms, including developing graphics, writing short-form content, and supporting creative storytelling initiatives.
- Support ongoing social media activities by helping to draft posts, design visuals, capture basic photo and video content, and maintain up‑to‑date, engaging content.
- Contribute to internal communication efforts, including updating digital screens, assisting with spotlight features, and coordinating updates for various groups and teams.
- Help maintain and update marketing materials, project profiles, and other collateral as needed.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing activities, including event support.
- Collaborate with team members across Marketing and Communications to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Current enrollment in a related Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven written and verbal communication abilities. A sample of writing skills may be required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Basic design skills using software's like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media.
- Experience with graphic design is a plus.
Pay Transparency
Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $20 - $21 per hour. The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Work Environment
This role primarily operates in a professional office environment, with occasional participation in events. Standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and photocopiers, will be routinely used.
