We are now hiring a Junior Investment Sales Advisor to join Jeff and our Dallas team with a targeted June 1 start date.
This role is designed for those who want to build a career in investment sales, learn from active producers, and grow into full-cycle advisory roles.
About the Role
This is not an administrative support job — it’s an earning, learning, and launching role.
You’ll learn the fundamentals of brokerage by:
- Making outbound prospecting calls to property owners
- Supporting senior brokers on active transactions
- Assisting with underwriting, valuations, and offering materials
- Managing listings, CRM data, and marketing collateral
As your experience grows, so will your responsibilities and client interactions. With mentorship and effort, your sourcing will transition from cold outreach to warm referrals.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting property owners through daily outbound calls
- Supporting senior advisors on live client engagements
- Researching property and ownership data
- Assisting with underwriting, offering memorandums, and market analyses
- Coordinating marketing, listings, and transaction communication
- Maintaining CRM and internal tracking systems
This is a full-time, in-office role based in the Turtle Creek area of Dallas.

Qualifications
- Passion for real estate and sales
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Texas Real Estate Sales License
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Teams, CRM tools (or willing to learn)
- Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient
Compensation
- Commission-based structure
- Consistent monthly draw possible during your first year to provide financial stability
