Therapist – Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC)
Adirondack Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, LCSW (AEAP) is seeking a compassionate therapist to provide individual therapy to adults and children (ages 8+) at our offices in Moreau, NY.
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Primarily on-site with 1–2 remote days per week (Moreau, NY)
What You’ll Do:
- Provide individual therapy using evidence-based practices through in-person and remote methods, including office-based sessions, walk-and-talk therapy on the farm, equine assisted psychotherapy, and therapy by phone and video.
- Develop and maintain treatment plans and documentation
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
- Receive training in Equine Assisted Psychotherap

Qualifications:
- NYS-licensed Therapist – Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC)
- Direct practice experience with adults and children preferred
- Interest in learning about equine-assisted psychotherapy (no horse experience required)
