JOB TITLE: E-commerce Specialist

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online marketplace presence with a strong focus on Amazon.

 

This is not a “post and forget” role. This position sits at the center of operations, sales, pricing, inventory, marketing, and product management. You will monitor performance daily, solve operational issues quickly, and identify growth opportunities in a constantly changing online environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage marketplace performance across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms
  • Drive listing optimization strategies to improve visibility, ranking, and conversion
  • Analyze sales data, pricing trends, and competitive landscape to guide business decisions
  • Oversee inventory flow and operational health to ensure consistent sales performance
  • Partner with marketing to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Identify growth opportunities and resolve marketplace challenges to protect and expand revenue

 

What Makes You a Great Fit 

  • 1–3+ years of e-commerce or marketplace experience is preferred 
  • Bachelor degree in Business related fields
  • Familiar with platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, or similar
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills

 

In addition, we’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and communicates clearly. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong problem-solving mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time, in-person 

Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 plus performance-based bonus program
