Property Management Coordinator
One of our clients is hiring a Property Management Coordinator/Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a residential community. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with administrative, customer service, or office experience looking to start a career in property management. No prior property management experience required—training provided!
What You’ll Do
- Greet residents and manage front office operations
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with resident inquiries
- Support leasing activities (applications, lease paperwork, renewals)
- Coordinate maintenance requests and parking passes
- Assist with rent payments, invoices, and general accounting support
- Handle mail, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (internships, admin, customer service)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
