Property Management Coordinator

One of our clients is hiring a Property Management Coordinator/Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a residential community. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with administrative, customer service, or office experience looking to start a career in property management. No prior property management experience required—training provided!

What You’ll Do

  • Greet residents and manage front office operations
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with resident inquiries
  • Support leasing activities (applications, lease paperwork, renewals)
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and parking passes
  • Assist with rent payments, invoices, and general accounting support
  • Handle mail, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (internships, admin, customer service)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
