Want to travel the country (and occasionally overseas) while teaching dance? 
We Are Camps is hiring Dance Camp Instructors to deliver youth programs on U.S. Air Force bases and partner locations. 

💼 What You’ll Do: 
• Lead high-energy dance instruction (ballet, jazz, hip-hop, etc.) 
• Teach technique, choreography, and performance skills 
• Prepare youth (ages 9–18) for end-of-week showcase 
• Manage group flow, music, and daily program execution 

✈️ The Role: 
• 100% travel (new location each week) 
• Travel + lodging fully covered 
• Fly or drive (must be comfortable with both) 
• Saturday travel to next location is REQUIRED (no exceptions) 

💰 Pay: 
• $600/week (Instructors) 
• $800/week (Leads) 
• ~$40/day per diem 
• Paid weekly 

🔥 What We Need: 
• EXTREMELY flexible & adaptable (this is critical) 
• Organized + accountable (travel, timing, program flow) 
• Strong communicator + confident leader 
• Comfortable working independently (sometimes solo) 
• High energy, engaging, and great with kids 
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage logistics 

⚠️ Requirements (MANDATED): 
• Must pass DoD/USAF background check (fingerprints + federal screening required) 
• Must have REAL ID (required for base access and domestic travel) 
• Must have a VALID U.S. PASSPORT is a plus   
• Must comply with all military installation access procedures 

⚠️ Travel & Expense Compliance: 
• Company card use is strictly monitored 
• Receipts must be uploaded immediately via mobile app 
• Must follow lodging + travel rules (on-base lodging required when available) 
• No unauthorized travel or expenses 

🎯 This is NOT a typical dance job: 
• You must be able to teach immediately — no training provided 
• You must manage full program delivery, not just instruction 
• You will work in changing environments every week 
• You must adapt to different facilities, youth groups, and expectations 

🎯 Ideal Candidates: 
• Experienced dance instructors (multiple styles preferred) 
• Confident leading large groups and performances 
• Able to demonstrate, instruct, and manage choreography 
• Comfortable running music systems and structured programming
