Rocky Mountain French Bulldog Rescue (RMFBR) is looking for a Grant Writing & Business Administration Intern!


Since 2014, we’ve rescued more than 100 French Bulldogs every year—many with medical needs other rescues can’t take on. This internship is a great opportunity to gain real-world nonprofit experience while making a direct impact on dogs in need.

What You’ll Do

  • Grant Research & Writing: Identify funding opportunities, draft proposals, track deadlines, and assist with reporting.
  • Fundraising Support: Contribute to campaigns, donor outreach, and communication efforts.
  • Business Administration: Help with scheduling, recordkeeping, and day-to-day operations with our Executive Director.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside the VP and Fundraising Director to move our mission forward.


About You

  • Strong writing and research skills (grant or copywriting experience is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently and communicating via Slack, email, and video meetings
  • Currently studying business, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Passionate about animal welfare and purpose-driven work

Details

  • Commitment: 18 hours per week
  • Location: 100% remote, flexible schedule
  • Compensation: Flat-rate paid stipend
  • Credit: Eligible for independent study or internship credit through your school
