Grant Writing Intern
Rocky Mountain French Bulldog Rescue (RMFBR) is looking for a Grant Writing & Business Administration Intern!
Since 2014, we’ve rescued more than 100 French Bulldogs every year—many with medical needs other rescues can’t take on. This internship is a great opportunity to gain real-world nonprofit experience while making a direct impact on dogs in need.
What You’ll Do
- Grant Research & Writing: Identify funding opportunities, draft proposals, track deadlines, and assist with reporting.
- Fundraising Support: Contribute to campaigns, donor outreach, and communication efforts.
- Business Administration: Help with scheduling, recordkeeping, and day-to-day operations with our Executive Director.
- Collaboration: Work alongside the VP and Fundraising Director to move our mission forward.
About You
- Strong writing and research skills (grant or copywriting experience is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and communicating via Slack, email, and video meetings
- Currently studying business, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Passionate about animal welfare and purpose-driven work
Details
- Commitment: 18 hours per week
- Location: 100% remote, flexible schedule
- Compensation: Flat-rate paid stipend
- Credit: Eligible for independent study or internship credit through your school
