Internship Opportunity
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented legal interns to join our team and support the review, organization, and preparation of company legal documents. This is a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in startup legal operations, contract drafting, and compliance research, while contributing to the foundation of a growing company.

Important Note Regarding Compensation
This is currently an unpaid internship.
We are committed to providing a meaningful learning experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to contribute to real startup legal matters.

Internship Responsibilities

Review, organize, and edit contracts, agreements, and company policies.

Conduct legal research related to startups, compliance, and data protection.

Assist with preparing standard operating procedures and governance documents.

Help ensure legal accuracy and clarity across internal and external documents.

Support the executive team in navigating regulatory and corporate requirements.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Law, Pre-Law, Business Law, or related fields.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Interest in startups, contracts, and compliance.

Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Skills-Focused Screening

Application & Initial Screening

Review CV, cover letter, and relevant legal coursework or projects.

Legal Research & Drafting Exercise

Review a sample startup agreement and suggest edits or improvements.

Conduct brief research on a regulatory question relevant to startups.

Scenario Interview

Discuss how to approach common startup legal issues (e.g., NDAs, IP, compliance).

Team Fit & Culture Interview

Discuss motivation, adaptability, and alignment with VidaSana’s mission.
