About the Opportunity

ExecuSource is launching its Summer Sales Leadership Internship Program, designed for high-achieving students who want to break into business development, staffing, consulting, and high-ticket B2B sales.

This is not a traditional internship.

You’ll step into a Business Development Representative (BDR) training environment, learning how top-performing Account Executives open doors, build trust with decision-makers, and generate revenue in one of the most relationship-driven industries in business.

Interns will shadow multiple high-performing sales leaders, learn real prospecting strategy, and directly contribute to live business development across our Finance, IT, and Professional Services divisions.
