Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in residential settings (preferred)
- License & Certifications:
- Valid RN License (Tennessee or Compact)
- BLS Certification
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care
- Monitor patient health and administer medications
- Document patient conditions and communicate with healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families on care plans
