The Role
As a Social Media Intern at O'kra, you won't just be "making posts." You'll be a driving force behind our community engagement and sales, working directly with our management team to bridge the gap between creative content and real business results.
What You'll Do
Content Creation Design eye-catching social media graphics and short-form video content that captures O'kra's brand voice and aesthetic.
Live Selling Host and run live selling events on Instagram and TikTok, as this is where your personality shines and your commission is earned.
Operations & Coordination Attend weekly strategy meetings with managers to align on goals, campaigns, and content priorities.
Community Support Engage with our audience in comments and DMs to deliver top-tier customer support and build brand loyalty.
Analytics Track and report on engagement and sales data to identify what's working (and what isn't) so we can move smarter.
Who We're Looking For
- Current undergraduate student majoring in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, Communications, or a related field
- You have an eye for design and a finger on the pulse of social trends
- Comfortable jumping from a graphic design tool to a live camera without missing a beat
- Self-motivated and energized by the idea of seeing your content directly drive sales
- Bonus: Prior experience running live shows on Instagram or TikTok? Tell us all about it
