Responsibilities

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

• Leads project management and program coordination for the Health & Performance division, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
• Provides high-level operational and administrative support, managing complex workflows and prioritizing across multiple initiatives.
• Oversees end-to-end presentation coordination and scheduling, including documentation, tracking and compliance of all CME presentations.
• Directs scheduling, logistics, and coordination with cross functional teams for programming and retreats to ensure exceptional guest experience.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Flexible Schedule
• Ability to work independently within established policies and procedures while exercising sound judgment and decision-making.
• Strong understanding of Canyon Ranch philosophy and administrative best practices, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn proprietary software.
• Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal), critical thinking, and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Highly collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to build strong relationships, manage competing priorities, and remain effective in high-pressure situations.

PAY RANGE: $23.85 - $24.80 / hour
