HR Payroll Intern
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation and related processes
· Support in responding to inquiries from employees, clients, and vendors
· Assist with invoice and benefits reconciliation, perform data checks to ensure accuracy, and maintain employee records across multiple systems
· Assist with payroll report submission in the internal ERP system
· Attend meetings and provide support on HR-related projects as needed
· Perform other administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
· Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
· proficiency in Excel and willingness to develop further skills
· Business-level proficiency in Chinese is required to support Chinese clients
· No prior experience required; internship or coursework related to HR/payroll is a plus
