Getman, Sweeney & Dunn seeks an attorney with 6+ years of wage-and-hour experience leading class and collective action litigation in both state and federal courts. With more than 25 years of advocating exclusively for workers nationwide, we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic attorney to join us in continuing to force positive change for workers across industries through high-impact cases.

- Class/collective action and/or mass arbitration experience
- Strong writing and oral advocacy
- A desire to work with and the skills to lead dynamic and thoughtful teams
- Bar admission in NY or another state (or pending)
Compensation & Total Rewards

- Base salary of $115,000 -$125,000 depending on experience
- Annual discretionary bonuses tied to firm performance and success
