Marketing and Sales Development Intern

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Development Intern. In this role you’ll be working directly with the owners, and Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be proactive, work independently, and in a team while also focusing on multiple projects and priorities that are necessary to the marketing and sales team.
 

  • Drive lead generation and outreach by participating in marketing campaigns, assisting with social media management across platforms, and proactively targeting new contacts through cold calling and emailing potential clients.
     
  • Work on qualifying new leads through a proven process as well as from social media, networking, industry events, and direct inquiries.
     
  • Secure appointments with qualified leads to initiate the sales process.
     
  • Work with a team to move leads through the sales process. 
     
  • Manage and grow the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness to effectively track and nurture leads.
     
  • Enhance professional expertise through continuous learning and participation in marketing opportunities
     
  • Help with events, including seminars and client meetings
     
  • In house support for inbound calls, and developing campaign materials
     
  • Contribute to administrative work to prepare for seminars and campaigns

Job Qualifications:
 

  • Working on a marketing, sales, or business management degree or similar field is preferred
     
  • Excellent Oral Communication skills, both in person and over the phone
     
  • Must be detailed oriented and have excellent written communication skills
     
  • Superior organizational skills, including setting priorities, meets deadlines, and carefully proofing your all work
     
  • Upbeat, energetic, confident, creative, dependable, and trustworthy
     
  • Works well with others and independently
