Student Research Assistant (Agentic AI and Cloud Systems)

We are seeking a motivated senior undergraduate student to assist with research projects in agentic AI systems and cloud-based machine learning pipelines. The position focuses on designing, developing, and deploying intelligent systems that integrate large language models with external tools and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the development of agentic AI systems (e.g., tool-using agents, workflows)
• Implementing and experimenting with frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
• Supporting the integration of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and external APIs
• Deploying and testing applications in cloud environments
• Contributing to MLOps pipelines, including experiment tracking and model deployment
• Documenting experiments and reporting results

Minimum requirements:

• Senior undergraduate student (final semester) in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Familiarity with machine learning and software development fundamentals

Preferred qualifications:

• Interest in pursuing a research-based Master’s degree
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
• Exposure to cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS) and deployment workflows
• Basic understanding of MLOps concepts and tools
• Familiarity with APIs and system integration
