Product Manager Platform

A fast-growing, mission-driven digital health startup is transforming how families access pediatric care by combining AI, at-home medical tools, and seamless virtual experiences. The team is building scalable systems that improve healthcare access while reducing costs, and is looking for a highly technical Product Manager to help drive platform innovation.
 

Role:

🔹 Own and scale B2B onboarding systems for partners such as employers and healthcare plans

🔹 Build self-serve configuration tools to enable seamless partner launches

🔹 Drive user activation, engagement, and retention through product improvements

🔹 Develop internal tools, dashboards, and reporting systems for cross-functional teams

🔹 Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and business teams

🔹 Leverage AI to build agents, automate workflows, and accelerate product delivery

🔹 Contribute directly to code, including scripts, prototypes, and pull requests.
 

Requirements:

🔹 2–5 years of product management experience (platform, infrastructure, or B2B products preferred)

🔹 Strong technical skills with the ability to write and ship code

🔹 Experience building AI-powered tools, automations, or LLM-based workflows

🔹 Systems thinker with a focus on scalable, self-serve solutions

🔹 Proven ability to own metrics such as activation, retention, and partner success

🔹 Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

🔹 Bonus: Experience in healthcare or health-tech environments.
