Insurance Customer Service

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer coverage.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain a state-issued insurance license.
