Operations Lead (Cleaning): Help Us Build the Twin Cities’ Trusted Property Cleaning and Washing Service with Integrity

The Opportunity

At Clear Bright Washing, we aren’t just looking for someone to run a machine or finish a checklist; we’re looking for a builder and future leader to help us grow. We’ve built a reputation of integrity, trust, and excellence across the Twin Cities, and now we’re ready to expand.

We need a Operations Lead who wants to do more than just finish a checklist. We want a partner who is motivated by the prospect of growing a local business, optimizing our service, and eventually leading crews.

What You’ll Do (Your Impact)

  • Execution Excellence: Provide top-tier window cleaning, gutter cleaning, carpet cleaning, and pressure/soft washing that keeps our clients raving.
  • Client Education: Deliver a professional, courteous experience every time. You’ll be the onsite expert, educating clients on our processes and addressing concerns with confidence.
  • Equipment & Operations: Maintain and care for high-end cleaning equipment and ensure all safety protocols are adhered to completely.
  • Culture Building: Support teammates and contribute to a hardworking culture of integrity. As we grow, you will be expected to take on new responsibilities and help shape our standard operating procedures and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Stamina & Grit: You have a positive winning can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, and the physical stamina to handle active outdoor work.
  • Communication: You are a great communicator with solid interpersonal skills who can work independently or as part of a high-functioning team.

Requirements

  • Physicality: Able to lift 60 lbs, comfortable with heights/ladders, and enjoy working outdoors.
  • Background: Must be 20+ with a High School diploma (or equivalent), fluent in English, and able to pass a background check.
  • Logistics: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be located in the Twin Cities metro with reliable transportation to our Minneapolis office and various job sites.
