Parts Department Associate

Connecting customers with the right marine engine parts at the right time, because smooth sailing starts with the right inventory expert!

Description

Responsible for managing and maintaining marine engine parts inventory while delivering excellent customer service across in-person, phone, and email interactions. This role includes preparing and packaging parts for shipment, maintaining organized storage areas, assisting with lifting heavy engine components.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm

Location

Waipahu, Oahu

Pay

$22 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain inventory of marine engine parts.
  • Provide excellent customer service (in-person, phone, and email).
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to email inquiries.
  • Prepare and package parts for shipment.
  • Assist with loading/unloading parts.
  • Maintain organized and efficient parts storage areas.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with marine engine parts required.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 100lbs (with assistance from another team member).
