Production Manager (Content & Talent Coordination)

Novora MGT is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the full content production pipeline for our creators. This role is responsible for ensuring content is filmed, edited, and delivered efficiently across multiple creators and platforms.

You will manage and coordinate a network of filmers, editors, and content teams to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all content production operations, including:
  • Filmers
  • Editors
  • Clippers
• Source and onboard:
  • Filmers across major U.S. cities
  • Freelance editors and content creators
• Coordinate filming schedules with creators
• Ensure content is:
  • Filmed on time
  • Delivered promptly
  • Ready for posting
• Work closely with:
  • Social Media Manager (posting & distribution)
  • Creative direction (content style and execution)
• Maintain a reliable network of production talent
• Troubleshoot production issues quickly
• Report directly to the Account Manager / Operations Lead

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working with remote teams and freelancers
• Ability to move fast and solve problems in real-time

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in content production, film, or media
• Familiarity with short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Experience managing freelancers or production teams
