Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
• Partner with operations leaders to support business objectives, workforce planning, and
organizational effectiveness.
• Provide HR guidance on organizational design, performance management, and leadership
development.
• Support operational scaling as the company expands its logistics and last-mile delivery
network.
Employee Relations
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on workplace issues.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Promote a positive and compliant workplace environment.
Workforce Analytics & HR Data
• Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, attendance, overtime, headcount trends, and
employee productivity to support data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with operations leaders to identify workforce trends and provide insights to
improve retention and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support leadership visibility.
Timekeeping & Workforce Compliance
• Support and monitor timekeeping processes to ensure accurate tracking of employee
hours and compliance with wage and hour laws.
• Partner with operations managers to address attendance, overtime management, and
scheduling challenges.
• Collaborate with payroll and operations teams to resolve timekeeping discrepancies and
ensure accurate payroll processing.
HR Operations & Compliance• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and
hour regulations.
• Support HR policy implementation and HR program rollout across operational sites.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (recruiting, payroll, benefits) to deliver HR
services effectively.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience supporting business
leaders.
• Experience supporting operations-driven environments such as logistics, warehouse,
manufacturing, or field operations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, including wage and hour compliance.
• Experience managing employee relations investigations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and workforce metrics.
• Experience working with timekeeping systems and attendance management
processes.
Preferred
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery operations.
• Experience supporting multi-site operational teams.
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems (e.g., ADP, UKG, Kronos).
• SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP or PHR certification.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
