Location: Los Angeles County, CA

Salary: $81,081.84 - $109,268.88 Annually

Monthly Salary: $6,756.82 - $9,105.74 Monthly

Help support the County's homelessness response through business systems analysis, user requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and application support.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with eliciting and documenting user, functional, and technical requirements for new systems and enhancements
  • Support workflow analysis, project scoping, feasibility reviews, and solution evaluation
  • Help prepare specifications, project plans, test scenarios, user acceptance testing materials, and user documentation
  • Assist in application support, issue resolution, compliance monitoring, and technical procurement support

Minimum Requirements:

  • One year of experience within the last three years in information systems analysis and design in a centralized IT organization
  • Experience must include enterprise systems, data, and business process support in areas such as application support, data analysis, or user training/system adoption
  • Valid California Class C Driver License, or ability to use an alternative method of transportation

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with relational databases, structured data analysis, or user training materials
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL tools, Power BI, Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, R, Python, or SQL
  • Recent experience with LAHSA or another public homelessness services agency is especially valued
