About the Opportunity

Sunsational Swim School is a swim lessons marketplace platform that connects families with independent swim instructors for private lessons at clients’ home and community pools. We are currently expanding our network of instructors and invite qualified professionals to apply to join the platform.

As an independent instructor, you choose which lesson opportunities to accept, set your own availability, and provide instruction directly to clients.

Founded in 2009, Sunsational Swim School is a nationwide, family-owned and woman founded, marketplace that connects students with independent swim instructors for private, at-home lessons. We operate in 40+ metro areas and work with thousands of instructors across the country.

Our platform makes it easier for instructors to connect with families seeking convenient, one-on-one swim instruction.

Instructor Requirements

• Prior experience teaching swim lessons 
• Ability to travel to clients’ pools
• Strong communication skills and professionalism with clients
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

This opportunity is for independent contractors, not employees. Instructors:

• Operate as independent service providers
• Set their own schedules and choose which opportunities to accept
• Determine how they conduct lessons and teach swim skills
• Are not guaranteed a minimum number of lessons or earnings
