Webflow And Social Media Manager
I am looking for a skilled Webflow expert with strong design capabilities to handle ongoing website maintenance and social media management for my business.
This is an ongoing freelance / part-time role. You will be responsible for implementing changes on our Webflow website and maintaining our Facebook and Instagram accounts with professional, on-brand content.
Key Responsibilities
Website Maintenance & SEO:
- Quickly implement content updates, text edits, image changes, new sections, and pages in Webflow
- Update site settings, navigation, links, buttons, forms, and internal linking
- Perform ongoing on-page SEO optimizations (meta titles/descriptions, alt text, headings, page speed, etc.)
- Enable and properly configure Webflow features I have already purchased, including the Blog / CMS collections
- Keep the website fast, responsive, and professional
Social Media Management:
- Maintain and manage our Facebook and Instagram accounts
- Create and schedule regular posts (images, carousels, stories, and short videos if needed)
- Design professional-looking graphics and visuals that are consistent with our brand image and standards
- Grow engagement and maintain a cohesive brand presence across platforms
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Strong, demonstrated experience working directly in Webflow (Designer, CMS, and Site Settings) — this is required
- Proven design expertise (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar) to create clean, professional social media graphics
- Ability to maintain consistent brand voice, colors, and style across website and social media
- Experience with Facebook and Instagram management (posting, scheduling, basic engagement)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality, on-brand work
- Good communication skills and quick turnaround on tasks
Bonus skills (nice to have):
- Experience setting up and managing Webflow Blog / CMS
- Basic HTML/CSS for minor custom code in Webflow
- Experience running social media ads or analytics
- Portfolio showing both Webflow work and social media design examples
