Customer Success Admin

JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales Administrator 

Department: Sales
Reports to: VP of Sales and Development

PURPOSE STATEMENT:
To facilitate improved sales department efficiency, support new member onboarding and training, and build
customer relationships. 


SUMMARY:
The SA is a key interface between BDM’s, Underwriting and Sales leadership to speed the efficiency of the customer application and onboarding process. 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Engage business development team to complete prospective builder applications by reviewing, tracking and
pursuing references and outstanding application documents.
 Interface with Underwriting team to maintain Builder new application status progress on a weekly basis.
 Assist customers with onboarding, training, and adoption of products and services.
 Support a smooth and complete transition of new Builders from the Sales team to the Relationship Manager.
 Support Client Success Manager in contacting existing Builder members to ensure they are aware of QBW
membership benefits and are realizing the value of QBW services at a high level of client satisfaction.
 Be prepared to upsell and cross-sell builders by assessing needs and recommending additional products or
services through virtual demonstrations and trainings, as needed.
 Serve as Salesforce software administrator and power user supporting Business Development team (user
maintenance and support, reporting, territory alignment, etc.).
 Oversee sales and marketing team tools’ licensing, onboarding and administration (Geopointe, Lusha,
Loom, and other tools as needed).
 Assist Business Development team with national and regional Home Builder Association initiatives,
including renewals, trade shows, materials, and regional events support.
 Assist VP of Sales and Development with sales team member hiring, onboarding (advertising, applications,
interviews, workspace set-up and training) and special event recognition (President’s Club, etc).
 Ensure that data is accurately entered/maintained within the Company’s database.
 Additional tasks/projects assigned by VP of Sales and Development as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Able to monitor, organize and update application progress details for multiple sales representatives
 Detail and process oriented to maximize accuracy and efficiency
 Consistent follow-through skills to ensure task completion
 Able to conduct professional written, verbal and virtual communications and presentations with
customers and prospects
