LiftHER Career is a career launcher focused on empowering soon-to-be and recent college graduates by building the essential skills, experience, and professional networks needed for long-term career success. Rooted in equity and access, LiftHER tackles barriers like underemployment, lack of experience, and limited social capital to help young professionals confidently launch and grow their careers.
Grad2Hire is a 6-week immersive experiential learning program which leads into direct job referrals and a paid Fellowship (aka post-graduate internship). The program is designed for recent and upcoming graduates. This is not a passive course; it is an active "career launchpad" where you will have direct interaction with industry leaders, hands-on projects, and high-level networking to build the skills and confidence needed to launch your career.

Core: Career Readiness + Experiential Learning
All Grad2Hire participants begin with a 6-week virtual Career Readiness Bootcamp. This isn't a classroom—it’s a professional, career launching lab where you will
- Master the Job Search: Learn to navigate the modern hiring landscape, from high-impact networking and personal branding to technical interview preparation.
- Build Your Professional Brand: Develop the critical "soft skills"—communication, teamwork, and emotional intelligence—required to not just secure a job, but thrive in it.
- Explore High-Growth Sectors: Gain "insider" access to professions and industries, specifically Risk Management & Insurance, that are actively seeking early-career talent.
- Complete an Industry-Focused Capstone: Work in teams to solve a real-world Risk Management challenge and present your findings to a panel of industry leaders.
Note: The winning team earns an exclusive opportunity (travel + registration covered) to attend an industry conference to further enhance insights and build critical connections.
- Lead as a Discussion Moderator: Move from "student" to "facilitator" by moderating live Q&A sessions with guest speakers and executives to build your executive presence.
