Constant Observer

The role of a Constant Observer is essential in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for patients requiring continuous supervision. This position focuses on ensuring patient safety, promptly identifying risks, and communicating effectively with clinical staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass background check and meet health screening requirements
• Must be able to understand and follow hospital policies and procedures
