Job Description:
We’re looking for a full-time Staff Accountant. Our staff accountants support the partners in completing the tax work for a variety of clients. There is opportunity for the staff accountants to work closely with clients to understand their needs and support them accordingly. The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Monthly Bookkeeping
- Preparation of both individual and business tax returns
- Processing payroll and payroll reports
- Sales Tax Reports
Qualifications:

- Ability to process financial data with a high level of precision, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities through organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and reconcile accounts effectively with analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues using problem solving skills
- Ability to take initiative and accountability
- Focus on teamwork and collaboration
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or related field
- 2-3 years of public accounting experience
- Experience in QuickBooks and Lacerte
