Summer Camp Counselor (Male Cabin Counselor)

Position Title: Male Camp Counselor (All female counselor positions are filled)
Location: Paradise Point Camp – McCall, Idaho
Dates: Summer 2026 sessions (June–August 2nd)
Compensation: $400/ week + housing + meals included

About the Role

Camp counselors are the heart of camp. You’ll live in a cabin with campers, guide them through daily activities, and help create a fun, supportive, and unforgettable experience.

🔑 Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for a group of campers (24/7 during sessions)
• Lead and participate in activities (games, waterfront, campfires, etc.)
• Support campers through challenges (homesickness, friendships, growth)
• Be a positive role model and mentor
• Work as part of a team to create an amazing camp experience

• Enthusiastic, responsible, and flexible
• Enjoy working with kids and being outdoors
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Prior camp or youth experience preferred (but not required)
