Client Services
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Client Services Associate to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-touch experience for our private aviation clients from initial request through trip completion.
The Client Services Associate serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all trip details are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards. This individual will coordinate closely with internal departments—including operations, dispatch, and maintenance—to ensure each flight experience meets the highest level of service and reliability.
What You’ll Do
- Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout the lifecycle of each trip
- Coordinate all service elements, including catering, ground transportation, and special requests
- Fast paced and proactive catering fulfillment
- Translate client needs into clear operational requirements for internal teams
- Monitor trip execution and proactively address any changes or service issues
- Ensure timely and professional communication with clients before, during, and after flights
- Aviation accounting including processing trip expenses, following up on outstanding balances, and coordinating with sales
- Maintain accurate records of client preferences and trip details
- Partner with operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless execution
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Jet Insight or similar systems preferred
- Familiarity with Zendesk and Slack is a plus
- Understanding of flight coordination and operational logistics preferred
- Part 135 experience is a plus
- Experience in hospitality, luxury service, or catering is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautics, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the aviation or airline industry is a strong advantage
