Agricultural Administrative Leadership Intern 

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Agricultural Administrative Leadership Intern to join our team in the agriculture industry where our work supports a greater purpose: helping farmers feed the world. What You’ll Do:

• Partner with leadership on key administrative and operational initiatives 
• Assist in process improvement, reporting, and organizational planning 
• Gain exposure to accounting, production, inventory management, and cross-functional business and office operations 
• Support executive-level projects and decision-making processes 
• Build leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through real-world experience 

What We’re Looking For:

• Current college student within 18 months of graduating or recent graduate (Business, Management, Agriculture, or related field preferred) 
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office  
• High level of initiative with the ability to manage multiple priorities 
• Attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow 
• Demonstrated leadership potential through work, academic, or community involvement 
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for at least 8 consecutive weeks
