Job Overview
We are seeking a Process Engineer to lead the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Process Development
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes of moderate complexity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes meet quality, efficiency, and performance standards.
- Lead equipment qualification activities, including MVP, IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation.
- Develop, review, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support production.
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business needs.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and potential risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to drive project execution and completion.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
Compliance & Collaboration
- Ensure adherence to company values and all safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards, including QMS and FDA requirements.
- Work closely with teams across all organisational levels to establish and maintain effective processes.
- Plan, organise, and manage projects and related resources as needed.
- Perform assignments independently, requiring minimal supervision while delivering expected results.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and process validation.
