Engagement Lead ESO Consultants Seeking – Salesforce Engagement Lead (Remote) Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract Consultant Estimated Effort: Approximately 260 total engagement hours Hourly Rate: $50/hr Position Overview ESO Consultants is seeking an experienced Engagement Lead to oversee Salesforce consulting engagements, ensuring successful delivery outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and program execution. This role focuses on strategic leadership, delivery coordination, and performance management across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities ● Lead overall consulting engagement delivery and coordination. ● Manage stakeholder relationships and executive communications. ● Support development of transformation roadmaps and delivery strategies. ● Monitor project progress, risks, and performance metrics. ● Coordinate dependencies across implementation teams. ● Provide periodic status reporting and strategic recommendations. ● Define KPIs and measure program success outcomes. ● Support budget and delivery planning activities. Required Qualifications ● Minimum 5+ years leading Salesforce engagements. ● Experience managing enterprise technology implementations. ● Experience with case management or public-sector solutions. ● Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification. ● Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
