Salesforce Developer ESO Consultants Seeking – Salesforce Developer (Remote) Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract Consultant Availability: 20–40 hours per week Hourly Rate: $60/hr Position Overview ESO Consultants is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting enterprise case management and workflow automation initiatives. The developer will collaborate closely with architects and project teams to deliver scalable and secure platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities ● Develop and customize Salesforce applications using: ○ Apex ○ Lightning Web Components (LWC) ○ Flow and OmniStudio ● Build automation supporting business and case management processes. ● Configure Salesforce data models and security controls. ● Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. ● Maintain technical documentation and deployment artifacts. ● Participate in CI/CD pipelines and sandbox management. ● Write unit tests and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). ● Troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements. ● Implement workflow and integration capabilities across systems. Required Qualifications ● Minimum 5+ years Salesforce development experience. ● Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, and Salesforce configuration. ● Experience with Salesforce data and security models. ● API integration and DevOps experience. ● Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript. ● Salesforce Platform Developer, Administrator, or App Builder Certification. Preferred Qualifications ● Public sector or case management implementation experience. ● Experience integrating CTI or identity authentication solutions. ● Experience supporting enterprise-scale deployments.
