Salesforce Solution Architect

Salesforce Solution Architect ESO Consultants Seeking – Salesforce Solution Architect (Remote) Location: 100% Remote Employment Type: Contract Consultant Availability: 20–40 hours per week Hourly Rate: $70/hr Position Overview ESO Consultants is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise-level architecture design and provide technical leadership for large-scale Salesforce implementations. The consultant will oversee end-to-end solution architecture, ensure alignment with enterprise standards, and guide delivery teams in implementing scalable, secure, and reusable Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities ● Define and maintain enterprise Salesforce architecture and solution blueprints. ● Design multi-cloud Salesforce solutions leveraging: ○ Service Cloud ○ Experience Cloud ○ OmniStudio ○ Data Cloud ○ MuleSoft ○ Tableau ● Establish integration, security, and environment strategies. ● Ensure solutions align with architectural guardrails and best practices. ● Review and approve technical designs and architectural decisions. ● Support architecture governance and solution review processes. ● Design data flows and cross-platform analytics strategies. ● Provide technical leadership to developers, analysts, and vendors. ● Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies throughout delivery. Required Qualifications ● Minimum 6+ years Salesforce architecture and solution design experience. ● Experience designing enterprise or government-scale solutions. ● Strong expertise in Salesforce multi-cloud environments. ● Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MuleSoft. ● Hands-on knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Flow architecture. ● Experience designing multi-org or multi-tenant solutions. ● Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification required. ● Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills. Preferred Qualifications ● Experience with Salesforce Well-Architected Framework. ● Public sector or case management solution experience. ● Experience working within governance or architecture review boards.
