This role is part of our core growth team responsible for driving early traction and revenue across brands.

 

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven early-career operator to support and execute revenue and growth initiatives across multiple brands.

This role is designed for individuals who want to learn how to:

  • Drive demand
  • Manage sales pipelines
  • Improve conversion rates
  • Work across marketing and sales

     

You will work closely with senior operators and gain hands-on experience in end-to-end revenue execution.

This is not a passive or support role — you will be actively involved in driving real business outcomes.

 

What You’ll Work On

  • Lead generation and outreach execution
  • Supporting sales pipeline and demo coordination
  • Running marketing campaigns (ads, email, social)
  • Tracking and improving funnel performance
  • Supporting conversion optimization effort

 

Core Responsibilities

Revenue Execution Support

  • Assist in running marketing and lead generation campaigns
  • Execute outreach across channels (email, social, etc.)
  • Support lead follow-ups and demo scheduling

     

Funnel & Pipeline Support

  • Track leads, demos, and conversion
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility
  • Identify gaps in the funnel

     

Campaign & Experiment Support

  • Assist in launching campaigns
  • Support A/B testing efforts
  • Monitor performance metrics

     

Sales Support

  • Coordinate with sales team
  • Assist in preparing demos and materials
  • Participate in customer interactions when needed

     

AI-Assisted Workflows

  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to:

    • Generate outreach messaging
    • Assist with campaign content
    • Support analysis and reporting

       

Ideal Candidate

  • 2–3 years prior work experience in:

    • Sales
    • Marketing
    • Operations
    • Business development

       
  • Recently graduated or about to graduate (Master’s preferred)

     
  • Strong communication skills

     
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
