The Global Engagement Manager (GEM) Program at HCLTech is a flagship early-career opportunity designed to build future leaders in sales, client engagement, and business strategy.

As a GEM, you will work closely with global clients, support strategic initiatives, and gain hands-on experience across the full sales lifecycle.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Client Relationships
    Support key accounts by building strong client relationships and driving engagement
  • Develop Client Solutions
    Work with teams to design and support solutions aligned to client needs
  • Drive Business Strategy
    Identify growth opportunities, contribute to go-to-market strategies, and build business cases
  • Support Sales Pursuits
    Assist in bid management, proposals, and new business opportunities
  • Leverage Data & Insights
    Analyze data and create dashboards to support decision-making
